Job Summary:

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled ER Nurse to join our team. As an ER Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing timely and effective care to patients with a range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and reporting any adverse reactions.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical histories, to inform care decisions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in an emergency department or critical care setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
