POSITION SUMMARY:

ANSER is looking for a Cultural Intelligence Specialist to contribute to various programs.

  • Provide guidance and support in the research and development of comprehensive counterintelligence assessments regarding foreign intelligence entities' intentions and capabilities to exploit, disrupt, or undermine supply chains for both commercial off-the-shelf and custom software solutions.
  • Respond to critical information requests and assist in the production of finished intelligence reports.
  • Conduct extensive open-source investigations utilizing subscription-based data, commercial resources, and other publicly accessible information.
  • Identify and define threat concepts related to specific components, platforms, and systems.
  • Assess cyber threats to enhance realism in evaluating the operational effectiveness, suitability, and resilience of military systems.
  • Analyze cyber threat resource needs, availability, and adequacy, while identifying gaps between cyber threat emulation capabilities and actual threats.
  • Create presentations and analytical documents to outline threat landscapes.
  • Collaborate with intelligence, procurement, and industry stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph examination.
  • A minimum of 8 years of analytical experience, with some of that experience occurring within the last 2 years.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Alternatively, an additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree, totaling 12 years of experience in the specified field.
