Position Details:

  • Direct Hire opportunity
  • Annual salary ranging from $14.00 to $19.00
  • Full-time employment available
  • First Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM


• Drive revenue by securing orders, interpreting technical specifications, providing essential technical details, and nurturing client accounts.


• Evaluate competitors by analyzing market data and identifying potential sales opportunities.


• Cultivate sales prospects by establishing rapport, delivering technical insights, and preparing detailed quotations.


• Ensure accurate data entry and verification of information.


• Process orders by coordinating with fulfillment, communicating delivery timelines, and addressing stock shortages.


• Enhance client accounts by reviewing purchasing history, recommending related and new products, and explaining technical features.


• Maintain communication systems by troubleshooting issues and tracking resolutions.


• Uphold quality standards by adhering to established protocols and suggesting improvements.


• Stay informed about product developments by engaging in continuous learning and training opportunities.


• Achieve departmental and organizational objectives by taking ownership of new and diverse requests.


• Follow up on payment for orders.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in counter sales or inside sales within HVAC, plumbing, or hardware sectors
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (Office/Clerical)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
  • Background check may be required
  • Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment
