Job SummaryWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and quality assurance of our manufacturing and fulfillment systems. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the development team to understand system requirements and design comprehensive test plans for our manufacturing and fulfillment systems.
- Perform thorough testing on software components developed primarily in C#, Vue, and TypeScript.
- Execute manual tests and help us grow a strong automated test suite to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of manufacturing systems.
- Identify and report defects with clear steps for reproduction and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Associates Degree and minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Some experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with basic SQL Queries and Joins.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience in manufacturing and warehousing systems.
- Prior experience with PostMan.
- Prior experience with Soap UI.
- Prior experience with Groovy/Java and CSS selectors to aid in automation.
- Prior experience with Google Sheets.
