Job Summary

We are seeking exceptional therapists to join our team as Clinical Services Coordinators. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide supervised outpatient-level clinical services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans to address the complex needs of our clients
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including equine-based interventions
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support services
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention and linkage plans to ensure the well-being of our clients

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
  • California licensure as an Associate Social Worker (ASW), Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Minimum one year of experience working in behavioral health or residential care settings
