Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist Lead, you will provide oversight of operations within the Respiratory Care Department during a specific shift, serving as a resource for staff to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization and quality of patient care.

Qualifications
  • Three years of respiratory care experience
  • High School Diploma/GED and Graduate of an AMA Respiratory Therapy Program
  • AZ Board of Respiratory Care Examiners License
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist-CRT from National Board of Respiratory Care
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
  • American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • NRP

Please note that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
