**Job Description**

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide personalized assistance and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain and repair customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail.
• Servicing store-owned equipment as needed.
• Complete warranty repairs efficiently and effectively.
