Job Responsibilities
Caregivers with KWA engage with clients in their homes, providing emotional support, assistance with daily activities, and promoting independence. We seek individuals who can build trust and rapport with our clients, ensuring they receive the care and companionship they deserve.
Requirements
- Be 18+ years old
- Have reliable personal transportation
- Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
- Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
Work Schedule
This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing caregivers to choose their preferred days, times, and locations. We do not require a minimum number of hours per week, giving you the freedom to create a schedule that suits your needs.
