Construction Site Observer

About the Job

Marathon TS is seeking a Construction Site Observer to join our team. As a Construction Site Observer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply the principles of the Privacy Act, Title 5 of the U.S. Code, Section 552a and applicable rules and regulations.
  • Apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials to their assigned duties.
  • Maintain poise and self-control under stress.
  • Conduct 'Stop & Question' of persons found in closed and locked areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active TS or Secret Clearance.
  • At least 2 years' experience in construction security surveillance, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, Industrial or Government security involving counterintelligence, construction quality assurance, or hands on supervisory construction experience.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license or permit.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to fluently read, write and speak English.
