  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that products are facing forward and at the correct price.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer complaints, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Prior work experience with running computerized register systems preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Background and drug screen required.
