$119,500 at plan earnings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Identify prospective homebuyers and provide them with tailored information on available properties.
  • Organize open houses to familiarize clients with the local real estate market.
  • Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Prepare essential documents such as contracts and agreements to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Manage and nurture leads, past clients, and referrals to convert opportunities into signed contracts.
  • Utilize scripts to effectively communicate the team's value proposition and address client concerns.
  • Maintain an organized database using CRM systems for consistent outreach.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure efficient and targeted follow-ups.
  • Prioritize the client's best interests while negotiating contracts for optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on productivity and sales metrics accurately.
  • Stay informed about local real estate trends and regulations.
  • Maintain a valid real estate license and adhere to all professional requirements.
  • Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained and compliant with insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and its trends.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred experience of over one year as a buyer's agent or in real estate.
