We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team at Moyer & Son Inc. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of residential backyard pools in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain pools to ensure optimal water quality and safety
• Assist in closing pools for the off-season
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily goals
• Develop and maintain a daily route to ensure efficient service delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• High integrity and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds for extended periods
• Able to work 10+ hour days and occasional Saturdays
