Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center. As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with Exercise Physiologists, Physicians, and Allied Health Technicians to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy
  • Perform venipuncture, administer and maintain IV fluids and IV medications
  • Review new physician orders and ensure accurate documentation
Requirements
  • 3 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience working with cardiac patients
  • Experience working in a Telemetry Unit or Coronary Care Unit - preferred
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
