Position Overview
West Park Hospital is currently in search of a Registered Nurse specializing in Extended Care. The ideal candidate will hold a valid nursing license. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, specifically from 19:00 to 07:00, within the Registered Nurse, Extended Care (LTC) department. Candidates must possess a valid state license and have a minimum of two years of recent experience in Extended Care.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must provide the following:
- Updated Resume
- State Nursing License
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or relevant Specialty Certifications
- Two professional clinical references
- Recent Physical Examination (within the last 12 months)
- TB Skin Test (within the last 12 months)
- Immunization Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (within the last 12 months)
- Current Tdap and Influenza vaccinations
- Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
