Position: Store Sales Associate
Location: Tempe, AZ
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Benefits: Full-time benefits and weekly pay
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 6am - 5pm
- Saturday: 8am - 12pm
- Sunday: Closed
As a Store Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction for both retail and contractor clients. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills will encourage customers to return.
In this role, you will assist customers with all paint-related inquiries, including order placements, product selections, and color consultations. You will also recommend additional products to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assess the needs of customers as they enter the store, providing tailored solutions.
- Mix, tint, and match paint according to customer specifications.
- Safely handle, load, and unload products for inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring stock levels of paint and other merchandise are adequate.
- Process customer orders and payment requests through various channels.
- Utilize the POS system for transactions and customer checkouts.
- Potentially assist with local deliveries using a company vehicle.
- Report directly to the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills with a collaborative approach and stable employment history.
- Availability for flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
