Job Title: Older Adult Services Supervisor Lead

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Older Adult Services Supervisor Lead to join our team at JCC Association. As a key leader, you will oversee the delivery of social services to older adults, ensuring high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of social workers and interns, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and community organizations to enhance program effectiveness and leverage resources.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team, promoting best practices and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with funding regulations, laws, and standards, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social work, preferably in older adult services or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership, management, and case management, with expertise in supervision and team development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with ability to build effective relationships with staff, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred, particularly English/Spanish or English/Cantonese.
  • Knowledge of local resources, entitlements, and benefits relevant to older adult services.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
