Job Summary: As a Military Sales Professional, you will drive sales and revenue growth by prospecting, building, and maintaining strong military customer relationships. You will provide exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities through our program offerings. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to establish Dealer of Record opportunities and maintain accurate data on customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales opportunities by understanding military and Federal customer needs and objectives, strategically aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
  • Establish Dealer of Record relationships with suppliers and negotiate best possible margin.
  • Expand customer base by researching and identifying opportunities with existing customers and developing new customer relationships throughout the military sector.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and provide feedback on areas of opportunity.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in CRM software on customer activities.

Requirements:
  • Higher education preferred, or relevant experience in lieu of civilian education.
  • Minimum 4 years of military service, knowledge of military and government bid process and procurement helpful.
  • Must leverage existing military relationships to build and drive business, display ability to work with all military branches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional presentation skills, professional demeanor.
  • Self-driven, proactive nature, strong sense of accountability, initiative to resolve challenges.
  • Strong negotiation skills, research skills, ability to gather and analyze information to support solutions.
  • Ability to travel extensively for meetings and events.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
