We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Tax Associates to join our team in Fairfield, Connecticut. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing complete and accurate tax returns, generating business growth, and providing excellent customer service.

You will work closely with our expert team to provide IRS support, grow your tax expertise, and contribute to the success of our office.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tax Knowledge: Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course 1.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing.
  • Technical Skills: Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone, and chat.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and in a customer service or retail setting.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma/equivalent or higher.
