As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs.

About the Position:

The Automotive Store Manager will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and managing sales programs to drive revenue growth
  • Directing the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Communicating directly with customers to assess their needs and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Ensuring complete customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
  • Controlling operating costs and ensuring maximum profitability

  • Be at least 18 years of age
