Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the right products for their pets, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and their pets.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with restocking merchandise, moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor, and performing other tasks as assigned by store management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
