About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Printing Process Technician to join our team at Hultafors Group North America. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Daily Operation: Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of silk-screening machines, ensuring quality and production expectations are met.
  • Setup and Preparation: Sets up work area, obtains necessary materials, and prepares screens for printing.
  • Quality Control: Performs visual and physical inspection of component parts and materials, separating substandard items for disposal or rework.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Corrects malfunctions during operation, repairs, and adjusts screens as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Restocks chemicals, inks, and related supplies, communicating low stock positions to the manager.
  • Communication: Keeps supervisors informed of any exceptions affecting production standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with machine operation and setup.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Basic verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and follow process sheets, and complete production documents.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly requires bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
