We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Aesthetician to join our team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our discerning guests.

• Guest Services: Welcome and interact with guests as they enter and exit the facility, providing a warm and inviting experience.
• Skincare Services: Perform a wide range of aesthetic services, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, body treatments, and other specialized therapies.
• Treatment Delivery: Perform treatments with hot and cold elements, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing experience for our guests.
• Consultation and Advice: Offer expert advice to guests on skincare and beauty regimens, tailoring treatments to meet individual needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Sanitation and Safety: Ensure that all treatments and services meet regulatory and safety standards, implementing proper sanitation and sterilization protocols.
• Guest Communication: Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all guest comments, concerns, and/or requests, following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Spa Maintenance: Ensure that the spa and treatment room are neat, clean, and well-stocked, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that equipment is in working condition, reporting any damage or broken equipment to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Training and Development: Attend and participate in support training and staff meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and techniques.

• Licensure: Valid Nevada Master Aesthetician license or Nevada Advance Aesthetician license required.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an aesthetician in high-volume luxury spa or resort.
• Skills: Ability to perform facial treatments with the use of machines to achieve maximum benefits for guests, extensive knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and beauty therapies, exceptional customer service and communication skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced spa environment, knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations in the spa industry, proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and use hands and fingers to handle or utilize objects, tools, or controls, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
