We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager with store operations, including revenue growth, safety and security, customer service, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for career advancement and a background in customer service.
The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store is open and closed securely each business day, meeting and exceeding sales objectives through unit rentals and retail sales, maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors, and fostering an environment of accountability for customer service.
This role is eligible for a competitive hourly pay rate of $15.00-$16.00 and an uncapped monthly performance-based bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, participation in our 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
