Job Description
At Sun Tan City - Mason Group, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Tanning Salon Representative.

Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Tanning Salon Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Making recommendations for products and services.
  • Maintaining the minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-tasking, including cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
  • Assisting with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.

Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate will be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
