As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will:

- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care quality.
- Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest healthcare advancements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.
- A valid Texas State RN License or Compact RN License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required at the time of hire for experienced RNs.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required at the time of hire for experienced RNs.
- Crisis intervention training to be completed within the first year of employment.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required for trauma-designated facilities within specified timeframes.
Work Schedule:
This position is offered on a Per Diem basis, providing flexibility in work hours.
