We are seeking a seasoned Claims Adjuster who is eager to step into a leadership role and manage a dedicated team. This position involves overseeing a specific unit focused on Property Damage Claims, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, conducting comprehensive investigations, and achieving optimal claim resolutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and inspire the Property Damage Claims Unit
- Evaluate case files and provide constructive feedback to uphold quality benchmarks
- Authorize settlement payments following detailed investigations
- Design and implement strategies to improve claim processing
- Identify training opportunities and facilitate staff development programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pertinent matters
- Effectively manage claims handling methodologies
- Address system-related challenges and propose enhancements
- Supervise administrative duties and conduct regular team meetings
- Respond to inquiries from audits and customer feedback
- Engage in special projects as required
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of experience in auto liability claims
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong expertise in managing personal auto claims
- Ability to operate independently while adhering to company policies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Completion of necessary licensing examinations
