KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and inspire the Property Damage Claims Unit
  • Evaluate case files and provide constructive feedback to uphold quality benchmarks
  • Authorize settlement payments following detailed investigations
  • Design and implement strategies to improve claim processing
  • Identify training opportunities and facilitate staff development programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pertinent matters
  • Effectively manage claims handling methodologies
  • Address system-related challenges and propose enhancements
  • Supervise administrative duties and conduct regular team meetings
  • Respond to inquiries from audits and customer feedback
  • Engage in special projects as required

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in auto liability claims
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Strong expertise in managing personal auto claims
  • Ability to operate independently while adhering to company policies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Completion of necessary licensing examinations
