We have an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Greenacres, FL. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise can help students and families thrive.

About the Role

This role offers an hourly rate of up to $50/hour, based on qualifications and experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs), providing direct support and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support individualized goals, monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting strategies as needed, and delivering training and consultation to school staff and families regarding behavioral strategies.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
  • An active BCBA certification is also required.
  • You should have knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings is preferred.
