Job Description

The Warehouse Parts Clerk is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse functions, including data entry, scanning, filing, purchase orders, return memos, receiving, shipping, stocking, cycle counting inventory, and cash receipts.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
  • Prepare and ship materials as specified on authorized documents.
  • Research and resolve outstanding issues, including purchase orders and returns.
  • Support the Parts Manager with special projects, including inventory counts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Working Conditions

This position requires a high level of physical activity, including standing, stooping, and lifting heavy loads. The employee will also spend time working at a desk, performing paperwork and data entry.

Qualifications
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and hardware.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
