- Curriculum Development: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement the curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs of our students and the healthcare industry.
- Faculty Organization and Campus Committees: Participate as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees, contributing to the decision-making process and shaping the future of our institution.
- Student Success: Recommend strategies for student success, provide valuable feedback, and tutor students to assist them in meeting course objectives.
- Clinical Experience: Implement the clinical experience component of the program, if applicable, and evaluate each student's achievement and progress.
- A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- At least three years full-time in the practice of nursing as a Registered Nurse or part-time equivalent
- Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
- Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
