Job Overview:
Tennessee State Veterans' Home offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
As an LPN, your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have a current active LPN license and a minimum of 1-3 years of long-term care experience. A High School Diploma and completion of a Licensed Practical Nursing program are also required. Current BLS certification is a plus.
