Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing machinery and equipment at our facility.

Key tasks include:

• Troubleshooting various equipment, including conveyors, coaters, labelers, presses, robotics, and automation systems.

• Conducting preventative maintenance according to department plans.

• Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and participating in Continuous Improvement activities, including Gemba walks and Kaizen circles.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong electrical skills (up to 480) and hydraulic skills (up to 1000psi).

Work Environment:

This is a 3rd shift position, working from 10pm to 6am. Overtime will be required as needed.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
