Key Master

We are currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team at a home improvement store in Brandon, FL as a key cutter and customer service representative. As a part time key cutting and customer service specialist, you will be responsible for Cutting keys, guiding and assisting customers in locating desired items, answering customer questions in a friendly manner, and keeping the store clean and safe from hazards.

This is an excellent opportunity for retirees or students looking for part-time work with flexible hours. You will work 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00am to 2:00pm. The pay rate for this position is $13.00 per hour, making it a great way to earn some extra income while developing your skills and experience in customer service.

• Cutting keys (training provided)
• Guiding and assisting customers
• Answering customer questions
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of face-to-face customer service experience, preferably in a hardware store setting. You must also be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and climb a short step ladder to put away merchandise. Additionally, you will be required to pass a strict background and drug screening, and have a valid driver's license.
