Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician at Hannaford Supermarkets, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team. Your responsibilities will include filling prescriptions, assisting customers, and performing clerical functions to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service by using your skills and product knowledge to problem-solve and offer solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations.

• Assist pharmacists with filling and processing prescriptions, while learning from and leaning on their expert knowledge and experience.

• Perform clerical functions such as filling, organizing, and maintaining accurate records to support the pharmacy team.

• Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills to ensure seamless interactions with customers and colleagues.

Benefits
