Aspirus Health is in search of a Nursing Supervisor for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Services to enhance our dedicated team.

The Nursing Supervisor serves as a pivotal operational leader, providing support to nursing staff within their designated units or throughout the healthcare facility. This role is filled by a Registered Nurse who is well-versed in the philosophy, policies, and procedures upheld by Aspirus Health. The Nursing Supervisor operates under the guidance of a Nursing Director or Chief Nursing Officer, dedicating significant time to direct patient care and nursing initiatives that influence the nursing division.

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-Time, 80 hours per pay period, primarily during daytime hours extending into early evenings.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a staff nurse, demonstrating knowledge and proficiency in the relevant field, along with strong critical thinking and prioritization skills essential for patient care and management.
  • Possession of a valid nursing license in Wisconsin or a compact nursing license.
  • Completion of annual competencies as mandated by Aspirus and/or relevant regulatory bodies based on the role.
