Reno Staffing is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at an Automotive Manufacturer in the Stead/North Valleys area. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the industry, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive hourly rate of $18.
Key Responsibilities- Perform repetitive press operations to mass produce automotive components
- Meet established production goals for all jobs on a given press
- Accurately record production information on the production report
- Assist in line change activities and maintain a clean work area
- Ensure quality of parts being produced and report any issues to the supervisor
- Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries and comply with all safety regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend in a manufacturing setting for an entire shift
- Ability to use hands tools, power tools, and manual dexterity
- Ability to visually decipher color
- Outgoing and willing to learn, with ability to adapt to all job duties
