We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, working in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
  • Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
  • Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
