  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee daily operations of the prepared foods department, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient execution of sales and promotions.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, expenses, and inventory levels.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with store leadership, department managers, and team members to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations-related applications.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90°F.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
