Eye Care Opportunity

NP Now is seeking an Ophthalmologist to join their practice in Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a Glaucoma specialist who would also like to perform cataract surgeries and provide comprehensive care. The successful candidate will be part of an existing robust practice and have the support to immediately build a busy schedule. The practice offers state-of-the-art equipment, working with experienced ophthalmic, surgical, and technical teams. The Ophthalmologist will have the time and support to offer personalized care catered to each patient's individual needs. The practice also offers mentorship, with new graduates receiving a direct mentor resource for the first 6 months of employment. The Ophthalmologist will have immediate high volumes with competitive productivity incentives, strong referral networks, and admin support. No dealing with billing or staffing. Equity buy-in options are also available. A flexible schedule for a healthy work-life balance - 4 Day Work Week is offered.

Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible Ophthalmology
Ability to have a MD State Medical License
Open to new graduates or an experienced ophthalmologist.
