Clinical Supervisor for Outpatient Therapy
TEAMCare Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for our outpatient therapy services. This role is essential in providing leadership and oversight to our dedicated team of clinicians.
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Offering clinical oversight to a team of outpatient therapists.
- Facilitating licensure supervision to support the professional growth of our clinicians.
- Maintaining a manageable caseload while ensuring high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting both individual and group supervision sessions.
- Providing expert guidance on clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment strategies for diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges.
- Delivering direct outpatient therapy services within a supportive office environment.
- Reviewing treatment plans to ensure compliance with organizational and state standards for quality care.
- Performing evaluations of clinician performance to foster professional development.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania license as a Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of direct care experience with various age groups.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Required clearances: Act 33, Act 34, and FBI.
