We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at North Shore Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional and technical nursing care to patients, including monitoring, interpreting, and intervening for patients experiencing cardiac arrhythmia.
- Work under the direction of and in collaboration with the medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform nursing techniques to promote patient comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit-specific standards.
- Assist in planning, supervising, and instructing Patient Care Assistants to provide nursing care to a number of patients.
- Current Florida RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- Basic Arrhythmia skills
- Completion of a Telemetry/Critical Care course preferred
- Computer Skills
- Ability to communicate in English
