Key Responsibilities- Personal Care and Hygiene: Assist clients with personal care and hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Assistance with Daily Activities: Provide support with daily activities, such as meal preparation, feeding, and mobility assistance, as needed.
- Emotional Support and Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Communication and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Emergency Response: Recognize and respond to emergencies, contacting emergency personnel and supervisors as necessary.
- Education and Training: Completion of a home health aide training program or equivalent experience.
