Pediatric Primary Care Registered Nurse II

At Northern Light Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our Pediatric Primary Care team. As a Registered Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients and their families, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assess and address the physical, emotional, and educational needs of patients, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
  • Contribute to a healthy work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift, move, and load 30 to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work alternate shift schedules, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
