As a Construction Superintendent with Permian Resources, LLC, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to join our team and take on a leadership role in managing our construction projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation. You will also supervise construction crews, provide guidance and support, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise construction crews, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team and other stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans and strategies that meet project objectives.
  • Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for construction activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective utilization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction management, Facilities, or similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading teams, resolving conflicts, and driving performance to achieve project goals.
  • Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices applicable to construction activities.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
