At Stericycle Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Driver NonCDL to join our team. As a key member of our Field Services Operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting medical waste to designated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned routes to ensure timely and accurate waste pickup and delivery.
  • Transport waste safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Plan daily schedules based on customer needs and review daily paperwork.
  • Follow routing software route schedules and prepare trucks for service.
  • Unload trucks at Stericycle and customer sites, ensuring waste is secured.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating any issues to the Transportation Manager or Dispatcher.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and returned to the Transportation Supervisor or Dispatcher.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience in driving shred/box trucks and route management.
  • Valid standard driver's license (Class D or above) with an excellent driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a valid Medical Examiner Card (MED).
  • Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand highway traffic signs and signals.
