We are seeking an accomplished Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to lead our cardiothoracic surgery team in Harrisonburg, VA. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
- First assist in surgical procedures, conduct inpatient rounding, discharges, and consults.
- Create and manage call schedules, orient new team members, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Acute care experience as an NP or FNP, or PA certification.
- Vein harvesting and CT-surgery experience preferred.
