Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their team in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with interventional procedures, operating imaging equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with interventional procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures
