Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver patient care in the Emergency Department setting, ensuring the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing specialized knowledge and skills to address patient needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of our healthcare system.
