Construction Manager

Realty Income Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support its diverse portfolio of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing multiple capital construction projects, partnering with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints. Key responsibilities include reviewing project scopes, assembling proposals, and participating in vendor selection decisions, as well as coordinating inspections, repairs, and capital construction work.

The successful candidate will have experience working in capital construction and building improvement in the commercial real estate sector, and will be able to manage a team both directly and indirectly on multiple projects. They will also have a solid grasp of quantitative data and excellent PC skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
