Job Summary:
TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a skilled CRNA Anesthesia Specialist to join our team on a locum tenens basis. As a CRNA Anesthesia Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including general anesthesia, orthopedic, general, pediatric, plastic, ENT, and gynecological surgeries.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia plans.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations to assess patients' medical history and identify potential risks.
- Develop and implement anesthesia protocols to ensure patient safety and minimize complications.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted Texas medical license.
- Board certification in anesthesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA Anesthesia Specialist.
- Ability to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
