About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging and Radiology team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic and treatment imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and assist radiologists in performing radiographic procedures, obtaining films of good diagnostic quality, while providing maximum comfort and safety to patients undergoing these procedures.
  • Maintain accountability for timely and proper service to patients during unsupervised shifts.
  • Provide on-call coverage for the Diagnostic Section of Radiology.
  • Ensure concise and complete documentation of patient exams and related procedures, utilizing the RIS/PACS and in-patient charts as necessary.
Requirements
  • Two (2) year college certificate or equivalent in Radiologic Technology.
  • NYS license in Radiologic Technology required or must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six (6) months of hire.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT) required within one (1) year of hire.
  • Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.

Education and Physical Requirements
  • AAS: Radiologic Technology (Required).
  • M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Pay Range

$28.25 - $37.00 Hourly

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
